TRAININGS

“Accelerated Digital Training” a unique model designed for 2021 batch students Campus hiring is anticipated to majorly shift on “Virtual Hiring”. Companies are increasingly turning towards virtual hiring solutions. This situation has thrown challenges to the students to effectively participate through online intelligent assessment tools. In view of the above changes, we have transformed our training methodology to Accelerated Digital Learning.

A special syllabus is planned keeping in view the industry requirements and constraints of regular syllabus. The focus of training is on Communication Skills, Aptitude, and Soft Skills, developing the Confidence of Students, improving their Body Language, inculcating Creativity and into making them responsible individuals

Training For UpSkilling Talent

• An exclusive MoU with "BYTEXL" for ca mpus recruitment training from IInd year-IVth year.

• Highly experienced and capable team of trainers to i mpart knowledge on Quantitative Aptitute, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability and soft Skills.

• Students are trained on Technical Coding as part of Regular Curriculum in CRT classes.

• Regular assessments on trained topics and Company specific patterns through our own Byutexl testing Platform is given parammoung importance.

• Assessments pave the way for finding gaps in specific areas so as to bridge them effectively.

• The training is executed in the most suitable environemnt with help of the Career Guidance Cell, well-equipped CRT Rooms, Sophisticated Auditorium and stae of the art communication and Soft-Skill Laboratories.

The T&P cell provides the following well-equipped facilities to aid the campus recruitment process.

	The institute has an air conditioned Conference Hall with the round table with sitting capacity of 25 people & equipped with PAS & LCD Projector. It can be used for G.D.s, P.I.s or can be used as Control Room.
A fully air conditioned, 108 seater Seminar Hall with Audio-Visual facility is located on 1st floor. Seminar Hall is used for Seminar / Workshops / PPT sessions / P.I.s during campus drive.
	An Auditorium is fully air conditioned having capacity to accommodate 500 persons & with Audio-Visual facility located on 1st floor. It can be used for conducting pool campus.
There are total 22 Nos. of spacious, airy Lecture Halls with proper ventilation, better acoustics, positive environment for the teaching & learning activities and also equipped with all amenities. Each has a capacity of 40 benches. During campus placement process, it can be used for conducting the written tests.
	Well furnished Labs with latest computing facilities for conducing on-line tests.

T&P Cell spares no efforts in developing student's; overall personalities by providing them soft skills & aptitude tests training & practices. Thus equipping them with all qualities to make them.

Arranging the expert talk on spiritual, personality development, etc. is an asset to whichever organization they may join.
